Secure the Future of Your Organization - Change Management

Infrastructure modernization and change management to support innovation

At HealthIMPACT Winter Forum in February 2022, Angela Yochem, Chief Transformation and Digital Officer at Novant Health and Michael Ames, Senior Director Healthcare and Life Sciences at Sada Systems explored the cultural and paradigm shifts, and historically-dependable methods essential to innovation and advancing healthcare systems — ensuring that your organization not only recovers but thrives in this emerging era of medical management modernization.

Ms. Yochem discussed how in remaking an organization’s capability set to achieve present and future company objectives it is important to perform an initial capabilities assessment of existing organizational structures while identifying what additional capabilities the organization needs to support — i.e. the delta. She accentuated that abandoning artificial constraints and previous organizational paradigms will aid a company precipitously in accomplishing their goals.
