Mark Smith
Providence
Mark serves as Vice President, Workforce Strategy & Analytics for Providence. In this role, Mark and his team have responsibility for advancing Providence’s approaches to selecting the best talent, getting caregivers to top of practice, improving workforce capacity, enabling work through automation, and upgrading analytics and insights capabilities for 52 hospitals, 1,085 clinics, 120,000 caregivers, 25,000 physicians and providers across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business Administration from Central Washington University and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
