Having worked as an ICU nurse in the past, Will Patterson founded CareRev in 2015 with the mission to help healthcare facilities and professionals more effectively meet patient demands. Today, as CareRev’s CEO Will is leading efforts to transform the workforce by giving healthcare systems a flexible and cost-effective staffing model that empowers healthcare professionals to take control of their careers.

 

Mark Smith

Providence

Mark serves as Vice President, Workforce Strategy & Analytics for Providence. In this role, Mark and his team have responsibility for advancing Providence’s approaches to selecting the best talent, getting caregivers to top of practice, improving workforce capacity, enabling work through automation, and upgrading analytics and insights capabilities for 52 hospitals, 1,085 clinics, 120,000 caregivers, 25,000 physicians and providers across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business Administration from Central Washington University and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
